The sale prices on the online site are completely independent from those in the shop in via Barberini 31.

Obligations of the buyer

Jurisdiction and competent

Guarantees and methods of assistance
All products marketed by Armeria Frinchillucci Italo srl are covered by a contractual guarantee from the manufacturers. The warranty contract is stipulated between the customer and the manufacturer at the time of purchase, the invoice and any manufacturer’s warranty coupon are authentic.
The duration of this contractual guarantee and its conditions of application vary according to the manufacturer and always start from the delivery date shown on the courier’s waybill, excluding products which by their nature cannot be covered by the guarantee; the Customer must carefully read and keep this warranty card for the entire life of the purchased product. Generally this service is provided by the manufacturers of the goods sold and, where the latter’s practice requires it, Armeria Frinchillucci Italo srl will collaborate in the phases of the return and management of the return under warranty. For this purpose and to allow the personnel of the Frinchillucci Italo srl Armory to correctly fulfill the assignment, the Customer must request the authorization number to return the product. To take advantage of the guarantee, the goods must be placed in the original packaging, complete with all its parts (even non-functional), as originally when purchased, except for any consumables originally supplied for demonstration purposes only. In case of authorization to return, the shipment of the defective goods will be charged to the customer, while the return of the repaired or replaced goods will be the responsibility of the Armeria Frinchillucci Italo srl. Armeria Frinchillucci Italo srl will return the same at the expense of the customer. If the repair of the product is not covered by the warranty, Armeria Frinchillucci Italo srl will notify the customer of the amount of the estimate. In any case, the reference legislation and the methods of application of the guarantee are those provided and indicated by the manufacturer or distributor in its certificate attached to the product, where in contrast with what is reported here. The warranty only covers the repair or replacement of unusable or inefficient items due to manufacturing or production defects found in the service center authorized by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover glass parts, lamps, batteries, accumulators; consumables; maintenance and calibration interventions mentioned in the user manual supplied with the appliance. The warranty is not valid if the appliance has been tampered with by unauthorized personnel, if the failures were caused by negligence or misuse of the purchaser, willful misconduct, transport, shocks, falls, humidity, leakage of liquid from batteries, use of consumables that do not comply with the specifications of the manufacturer of the appliance or other causes that are not dependent on from manufacturing or production defects. Armeria Frinchillucci Srl will never, under any circumstances, be burdened with charges or damages deriving from any interruptions in the operation of the appliances subject to the guarantee.
Defective equipment must be sent, subject to prior authorization by the Frinchillucci Italo srl Armory, to be paid by the Customer to the following address: Armeria Frinchillucci Italo srl., Via Barberini 31 – 00187 Rome (RM).
Refunds for goods already paid but not available after 45 days from the date of the order will be re-credited at the end of the working month after this deadline.
General responsibilities
Armeria Frinchillucci Italo srl declines all responsibility and will not proceed with any request for damages or compensation, as regards:
– incorrect use or tampering with the products by the Customer or third parties
– the total or partial impossibility of using the products due to incompatibility of materials or software
– sites linked directly or indirectly to Armeria Frinchillucci Italo srl, for which no responsibility is assumed for the information published on such sites. The links with third-party sites are provided solely for information and convenience and do not imply any guarantee regarding their contents.
Right of withdrawal
Armeria Frinchillucci Italo srl is exonerated from any liability deriving from the use or assembly that is made of the items sold by it. All sales made outside commercial premises are subject to Legislative Decree n.50 of 01/15/1992 and n. 185 of 25/05/1999 which provide for the possibility for the purchaser to exercise the right of WITHDRAWAL. All natural persons (consumers) who act for purposes unrelated to their commercial activity (excluding retailers and companies and anyone who places an order indicating the VAT number for the invoice) have the right to return the purchased good to the seller within 5 (five ) working days from receipt of the goods with consequent refund of the purchase price, by sending written notice by registered letter with return receipt to the Frinchillucci Armory, Via Barberini 31- 00187 – Rome. The communication can also be sent by fax to n. 06 488.26.05 or e-mail to info@frinchillucci.it, to be sent within the terms indicated above provided that they are confirmed by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within the following 48 hours. The Customer is required to return the goods received to Armeria Frinchillucci Italo srl at his own expense within 7 days from the date of receipt, meaning the time in which the goods are delivered for return to the courier. The substantial integrity of the unused goods in perfect condition and of their original packaging is an essential requirement for exercising the right of withdrawal, compulsorily accompanied by the tax documentation attached upon receipt. Failure to comply with these principles makes the right of withdrawal inapplicable. We invite our kind Customers to collaborate with us by following our procedure for sending returns and not to send us goods for which the right of withdrawal is not applicable.
In case of application of the right of withdrawal, once the goods have been received, Armeria Frinchillucci Italo srl will refund the entire amount paid by the Customer, excluding shipping costs, within thirty days from the date on which the goods will be returned to its premises, using the following methods: an exchange of goods, a bank transfer, the reversal of the handling relating to the payment made by credit card. If the methods and terms for exercising your right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified below, the Customer will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid; however, you can get back, at your expense, the products in the state in which they were returned to the Armeria Frinchillucci Italo srl o the collection of the goods at our office will be the responsibility of the customer. If there is no correspondence between the recipient of the products indicated in the order form and who made the payment of the sums due for their purchase, the reimbursement of the sums, in case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, will be carried out by the Armeria Frinchillucci Italo srl, in any case, towards the person who made the payment.
The opening of sealed computer software, DVDs, CDs, Blu Ray, PC-Games however makes the right of withdrawal inapplicable pursuant to art. 5 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 185/99.
