The new HK VP9 2020 was created because of overwhelming customer demand, for an optic cut version of the VP9 Pistol. This VP9 2020 striker fire pistol is outfitted with HK’s enhanced light pull the trigger. It has a short, light take-up with a solid, single-action type break and a short positive reset. HK’s VP9 trigger has a consistent pre-travel pull with a positive wall and crisp break. Most striker-fired pistols have a pre-travel pull that increases in weight as you go through the trigger pull. But the VP9 has a less noticeable pre-travel pull, until the trigger reaches the engagement point of the fire control parts, prior to trigger break.

HK’s VP9 2020 has a revolutionary ergonomic grip design with 3 interchangeable back-straps and six side panels, for a perfect grip fit. Also, it has molded finger grooves in the front of the pistol grip, giving the shooter better control of the pistol for optimal control and accuracy. Outfitted with a fully ambidextrous slide release, reversible magazine release for both the right or left-hand shooter. The VP9 also is equipped with HK’s patented charging supports, they are located at the rear of the slide to provide added leverage for improved slide racking. Every VP9 2020 comes with a mill spec 1913 rail molded into the frame, perfect for mounting your favorite laser/light combination.
